The Challenges

The pain you feel today

The friction quietly costing Saudi sales teams deals every week.

Leads message you at 10 PM. No one answers until Sunday.

Reps waste hours qualifying leads that will never buy.

The best leads go cold before anyone gets to them.

You cannot afford a 24/7 sales team.

Every leaking lead is revenue you already paid to earn. We plug the leaks first, then scale.

How It Runs

How we work, phase by phase

Each phase has a clear deliverable and an indicative duration. Actual timing depends on your team size and how many systems we connect.

  1. 1

    Scope the use case

    1 week

We start with one question: which conversations consume your team time without adding value? We pick one or two only, and define clearly what the agent answers and what it hands to a human. An agent that tries to answer everything fails at everything.

  2. 2

    Prepare the knowledge sources

    1 to 2 weeks

The agent does not invent answers, it answers from your sources: product catalogue, approved pricing, recurring questions and company policy. We prepare and clean those sources, because answer quality follows source quality directly.

  3. 3

    Test before launch

    1 to 2 weeks

We run the agent against real past conversations and measure its correct-answer rate before any customer sees it. We close the gaps, tune tone to the dialect your customers use, and retest until it reaches a level you accept.

  4. 4

    Staged rollout and review

    Ongoing

We launch it on a portion of conversations first, with human review of replies in the early weeks. Each month we review the conversations where it struggled and improve it. Agents get better through review, not through launch-and-forget.

AI agent vs chatbot: what actually differs

A traditional chatbot runs on menus and preset options: press 1 for sales, press 2 for support. Ask something outside the menu and it stops. An AI agent understands the question as naturally phrased, answers from your company data, and can carry out real steps such as booking a meeting or updating the contact record in your CRM. The practical difference: a bot handles the expected, an agent handles the unexpected and knows when to pass to a human.

  • Understands Saudi dialect, formal Arabic and English in the same conversation
  • Answers from your approved sources, not from general knowledge
  • Takes actions: books a meeting, qualifies a lead, updates the CRM
  • Knows its limits and escalates instead of guessing
An agent needs a CRM to write into, see how we build one

When the agent hands over to a human

This is the most important design decision, and the one failed projects most often ignore. We set explicit escalation rules from the start and make handover the default behaviour under any doubt. Customers are not annoyed by talking to a system. They are annoyed by being stuck with one that does not understand them and offers no way out.

  • When the customer asks for a person, immediately and without friction
  • When a question it could not answer comes up again
  • On any discussion of price, discounts or contract terms
  • On any sign of a complaint or dissatisfaction
  • On large orders or accounts flagged as priority

Data and security

An agent handling your customer conversations is handling personal data, and the Saudi PDPL applies. We define upfront which data the agent can reach and which is off limits, and block access to anything it does not need in order to reply. Conversations are stored in your systems, permissions are role-based, and every handover and action is logged. We also disclose to the customer that they are speaking with an automated assistant, because hiding it damages trust more than it helps.

Straight Talk

What we do not do

  • We do not launch an agent without a clear path to a human. A customer stuck with a system is worse than a customer waiting for a reply.
  • We do not promise an accuracy figure before testing. We measure it on your real conversations and give you the number before launch.
  • We do not let the agent negotiate price or grant discounts. Those are human decisions.
  • We do not replace your sales team. The agent absorbs repetitive conversations so reps can focus on deals.
  • We do not build an agent on messy data. If your catalogue and pricing are out of date, cleaning them comes first.
  • We do not hide from customers that they are talking to an automated system.
Common Questions

What clients ask before starting

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot runs on preset menus and stops at any question outside them. An AI agent understands the question as naturally phrased, answers from your approved company data, takes real actions such as booking a meeting or updating a contact record, and escalates to a human when it reaches its limits.

Does the agent understand Saudi dialect?

Yes. We train it on your real customer conversations so it handles Saudi dialect, formal Arabic and English, including Arabic and English mixed in one message, which is common in business conversations here.

What happens when the agent does not know the answer?

It hands the conversation to a rep with full context rather than guessing. Escalation is the default under any doubt. That is a rule we configure from the start, not an optional extra.

How long does it take to set up an AI agent?

Three to six weeks for a single use case. Most of that time goes into preparing knowledge sources and testing, not technical setup. If your catalogue and pricing are already current, it moves faster.

Will the agent replace my sales team?

No. It absorbs repetitive conversations, initial qualification and out-of-hours replies so reps spend their time on deals that need a human. It extends your team capacity rather than replacing it.

Is my customer data safe?

We define which data the agent can reach and block the rest. Conversations are stored in your systems with role-based permissions and full action logging. The setup is built to Saudi PDPL requirements, and the legal review stays with your counsel.
