RevOps as a Service: Your Revenue System, Run for You
We do not just build your revenue system and walk away. We operate it month after month, measuring, sealing leaks, and improving it, so your team just sells while the system keeps getting sharper.

The pain you feel today
The friction quietly costing Saudi sales teams deals every week.
You paid for tools and setup, then everything slowly drifted back to chaos.
No one owns the CRM, so the data rots and the reports lie.
You are too busy selling to also run and improve the system.
You cannot justify a full-time RevOps hire yet, but you need one.
Every leaking lead is revenue you already paid to earn. We plug the leaks first, then scale.
What we deliver
A working system your team actually uses, not another tool that sits idle.
A dedicated RevOps partner operating your system every month
Pipeline, forecast, and response-time dashboards kept accurate
Continuous automation, follow-up, and dormant-lead reactivation
Monthly review: what leaked, what we fixed, what is next
Data hygiene, CRM adoption, and team accountability enforced
One KPI report leadership can trust, every month
How we work, phase by phase
Each phase has a clear deliverable and an indicative duration. Actual timing depends on your team size and how many systems we connect.
- 1
Current-state review
2 weeksWe review your system as it actually is: data hygiene, pipeline stages, which automations run and which are broken, and where leads come from. You get a priority-ordered list of what to fix first, with an impact estimate on each item.
- 2
Set up measurement
2 weeksWe configure conversion tracking and attach each lead’s source, language and landing page to its CRM record. Without this step you cannot tell which channel actually produces customers and which one you are funding for nothing.
- 3
Monthly improvement cycle
Every monthEach month we measure what leaked, fix the highest-impact items, and add new automation. Data gets cleaned, stalled deals get flagged, and the pipeline keeps reflecting reality rather than wishful thinking.
- 4
Performance review
Monthly meetingOne meeting a month with leadership: what moved, what did not, and the plan for next month. A single report with numbers you can verify yourself inside the system, not slides.
What RevOps as a Service means
Revenue Operations, or RevOps, is the function responsible for making the sales system work as one unit: data, tools, automation and reporting. Most mid-sized Saudi companies need the role but cannot yet justify a full-time hire for it. RevOps as a Service means we carry the role on a monthly subscription: we operate, measure and improve your system while your team just sells.
- One owner for CRM health instead of a responsibility nobody holds
- Pipeline, forecast and response-time dashboards kept accurate and trusted
- New automation every month instead of one project that ends and is forgotten
- A single monthly report leadership can rely on
What we actually measure
We do not measure everything, we measure what changes a decision. These are the indicators we track monthly and build the improvement plan around, and every one of them is visible to you inside your own system at any time.
- First response time to a new lead, and how many deals slip because of delay
- Conversion rate between each pipeline stage
- Deals sitting still, and why
- Each lead’s source and language, and which channel produces deals that actually close
- Data hygiene: duplicate and incomplete records
- Whether the team is genuinely using the system
What we do not do
- We do not sell for you. We operate the system your team sells on; selling stays their job.
- We do not guarantee a specific growth rate. We commit to transparent measurement and monthly improvement you can verify yourself.
- We do not work without access to your system and data. Without it the service becomes guesswork.
- We are not a fit for a company with no system at all. A working CRM has to exist first; if it does not, we start with a separate implementation project.
- We do not remove the need for a decision maker on your side. We need one person attending the monthly review to approve priorities.
What clients ask before starting
How is RevOps as a Service different from a CRM implementation project?
An implementation project has a start and an end: we build the system and hand it over. RevOps as a Service is an ongoing monthly subscription: we operate the system after handover, measure it, and improve it every month. Most clients start with an implementation project and continue into the monthly service.
Do I need RevOps if I already have a sales manager?
A sales manager owns the team and the numbers, not system health, data hygiene and automation. That is a different role requiring different skills. RevOps gives your sales manager numbers they can trust instead of spending their time fixing reports.
When do I see results?
In the first month you get clarity: where leads leak and which channel produces real deals, because measurement is fixed first. Operational improvements compound from there, month over month. We do not promise a specific percentage before seeing your data.
Are you tied to a long contract?
The service is monthly. We prefer an initial three-month commitment because an improvement cycle needs time to show its effect, but we do not lock you into a year to keep you.
Which systems do you work with?
Pipedrive as a certified partner, plus HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. We work on your existing system and will not ask you to migrate unless the current one genuinely blocks your growth, in which case we tell you exactly why.
Real proof, not promises
Outcomes from the teams we've put on a system.
companies onboarded
more booked meetings
less manual data entry
The other parts of the same system
Most clients start with one piece and expand. Each works on its own, and works better with the rest.
Ready to put your sales on a system?
If sales feels harder than it should, the system is the reason. Start with the Revenue Leak Audit. We will show you exactly where leads leak, and exactly what to do about it.
No commitment, just a clear look at where your revenue leaks.
