CRM Implementation for Saudi Sales Teams
We set up a CRM your sales team will actually use. Pipedrive-led, wired to WhatsApp, in Arabic and English, PDPL compliant. No shelfware. Live in weeks, not quarters.

The pain you feel today
The friction quietly costing Saudi sales teams deals every week.
Your CRM sits empty because no one wants to use it.
Deals live in a rep's head, not in a pipeline.
You cannot forecast because half the data is missing.
Every leader sees a different number.
Every leaking lead is revenue you already paid to earn. We plug the leaks first, then scale.
What we deliver
A working system your team actually uses, not another tool that sits idle.
Pipedrive CRM designed around how you actually sell
WhatsApp, email, and call capture so nothing is manual
Custom stages, fields, and automations
Pipeline, forecast, and rep dashboards
Full Arabic and English interface and training
PDPL configuration: consent, retention, access, audit
How we work, phase by phase
Each phase has a clear deliverable and an indicative duration. Actual timing depends on your team size and how many systems we connect.
- 1
Diagnosis
1 weekWe sit with your sales team and walk the full cycle with them, from first contact to closed deal. You get a map showing exactly where leads leak and which steps done by hand can be automated.
- 2
System design
1 to 2 weeksWe build your pipeline and its stages around how you actually sell, not around a stock template. Fields, role permissions and data models are defined and reviewed with you before anything is configured.
- 3
Integration and automation
2 weeksWe connect WhatsApp, email and calls so leads enter the system without copy-paste. Then automation goes live: lead routing, follow-up reminders and alerts on deals that have stalled.
- 4
Training and handover
1 weekWe train your team in Arabic on the system they will actually use, and hand over bilingual documentation. We then stay close for the first month to confirm adoption and clean data.
What CRM implementation actually means
A CRM is the single place where every lead, deal and conversation lives. Implementation is not buying a licence and handing you a username. It means designing the system around how your company sells, connecting it to the channels you actually sell on, and training your team until it becomes part of their day. The difference between the two is the difference between a working system and an empty one.
- One pipeline where you can see every deal and its stage
- Every new lead entering automatically from WhatsApp, email and the website
- Follow-ups and reminders that run without anyone remembering them
- Dashboards showing performance by rep and by lead source
What we connect it to
A CRM cannot sit on its own. We connect it to the tools your team already works in so data moves between systems without manual entry. As a Pipedrive Partner, Pipedrive is our default for Saudi sales teams because it is fast to implement and easy for reps to adopt. We also implement HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics when the case calls for it.
- Official WhatsApp Business Platform, so every conversation becomes a tracked lead
- Email and calendar, for automatic message and meeting sync
- Website forms and landing pages
- Invoicing systems and accounting tools
- Executive reporting dashboards
Saudi PDPL compliance
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law applies to any entity handling personal data inside the Kingdom, and that includes the lead records in your CRM. We build compliance in from day one rather than bolting it on later: consent capture, retention rules and periods, role-based access, and an audit trail showing who viewed and who changed what. This is an operational and technical setup, and it does not replace a legal review by your own counsel.
What we do not do
- We do not sell licences and walk away. If all you need is a CRM licence, buy it directly and save our fee.
- We do not start without a decision maker on your side attending reviews. Without one the system gets built on assumptions and fails after handover.
- We do not promise a search ranking or a specific percentage increase in sales. What we commit to is a working system and numbers you can verify yourself.
- We do not migrate messy data as-is. If your current records are duplicated and incomplete, cleaning them is separate work agreed before we start.
- We do not provide legal advice on compliance. We deliver the technical and operational setup; the legal review stays with your counsel.
What clients ask before starting
How long does a CRM implementation take?
Four to six weeks for a mid-sized team, from diagnosis to handover. It runs longer when there are many systems to connect or legacy data that needs cleaning. You get a firm timeline after the diagnosis, not before it.
Which CRM do you recommend for Saudi companies?
Pipedrive is our default for most Saudi sales teams: fast to implement and easy enough for reps that actual usage stays high. We also implement HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics where the case calls for it. The choice comes after the diagnosis, because the best CRM is the one your team will use.
Do you connect WhatsApp to the CRM?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every inbound conversation becomes a tracked lead in the CRM with its history, routed automatically to the owning rep. The conversation history stays with the company, not on an employee phone.
How are you different from a licence reseller or a freelancer?
A reseller sells you the subscription and their job ends. A freelancer builds something and leaves. We design the system around how you sell, connect it to your channels, train your team, and keep operating it with you after launch until adoption is proven.
Is the setup PDPL compliant?
We build to the law’s requirements from the start: consent capture, retention periods, role-based access and an audit trail. That is the technical and operational side. The final legal review stays with your own counsel.
What happens after handover?
We stay close through the first month to confirm your team is using the system and the data is clean. After that you can run it yourself, or continue with our monthly RevOps service where we monitor performance and add new automation each month.
Real proof, not promises
Outcomes from the teams we've put on a system.
companies onboarded
more booked meetings
less manual data entry
The other parts of the same system
Most clients start with one piece and expand. Each works on its own, and works better with the rest.
Ready to put your sales on a system?
If sales feels harder than it should, the system is the reason. Start with the Revenue Leak Audit. We will show you exactly where leads leak, and exactly what to do about it.
No commitment, just a clear look at where your revenue leaks.
